Send the booking reference to info@proactivitis.com or the WhatsApp contact in the confirmation. The request time determines whether it falls inside the free-cancellation window.

Free cancellation with 12 hours' notice
A confirmed transfer can be cancelled for a full refund when the request is received at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.

Requests received less than 12 hours before service require individual review because a driver and vehicle may already be assigned.
Route or date changes
A changed date, pickup or destination must be repriced before it is confirmed. Do not assume that editing a message changes an existing paid booking.
